Keg Hire
Perfect for weddings and events, hire the gear and serve your guests draught beer! The Sunshine Coast Brewery can cater for events big and small with draught beer in 50Lt and 20Lt kegs, and the hire of beer dispensing equipment to suit your needs – from the beach to the boardroom.
Hire Equipment
We offer two options when it comes to hire equipment:
MIRACLE BOX
Great for times when you don’t have access to electricity. Includes an insulated esky with beer tap attachment, a large plastic drum to store the keg, CO2 gas bottle & regulator. Customer to provide ice to keep the system cool (about 40 kgs)
Kegerator
A small fridge with a top-mounted beer font and tap, perfect for weddings or house parties. This setup is electricity-operated, so simply switch it on, set the temperature to the right setting and the kegerator will keep the beer cold for as long as you need. The CO2 gas bottle & regulator are also provided.

50lt Kegs – One 50Lt keg is approximately 117 x 425ml schooners of beer.
20lt Kegs- One 20Lt keg is approximately 47 x 425ml schooners of beer.
Delivery, Set-up and Collection:
We can help with delivery, set-up and collection of keg hire equipment across the Sunshine Coast. Rates start at $75 for Caloundra through to Coolum, and $100 for Noosa, Eumundi and the Hinterland. For keg hire outside of these areas please ask us about how we might be able to help.
Refundable Deposit:
We charge a $100 deposit on our hire equipment which is fully refundable when you return the equipment on time and in good working order and condition.
A minimum of two weeks’ notice is recommended to secure hire equipment and beer of choice. For busier times like public holidays and wedding season where our beers are in high demand we suggest you give us plenty of notice to make sure you don’t miss out. Need beer glasses?
Don’t compromise the taste of quality beer by drinking out of disposable plastic cups. Instead, speak to us about glass hire for your function. A tray of 29 beer glasses (285ml – pots) or 16 schooner (425ml) glasses costs only $15 to hire and we wash the glasses when you return them! Don’t panic if you break one – we only charge $3 for pots and $4 for schooner breakages.
