The brewery offers a fabulous air-conditioned venue for parties, whether it is for a private celebration, a staff function or a network gathering! We have a bar downstairs where we can comfortably serve about 40 as well as an excellently appointed function room upstairs, complete with an 8 tap bar, and tables and chairs set to your requirements. The upstairs room can accommodate 40 – 45 guests seated or 80 to 90 standing. Depending on your numbers, both levels could be used.
Occasionally functions are held at the brewery using the outside concourse as well as the downstairs bar. While an extension of our licence is needed for the day and at least three weeks’ notice, larger numbers can be accommodated under this alternative and if this appeals please give us a call.
We can cater for all your function needs – from finger food to light lunches or buffets or sit-down meals. We attach some menu suggestions although these are intended as a guide. If these suggestions are not quite what you are looking for, we will happily help you put together a menu to suit your requirements for the event.
We make available our audio-visual equipment and speaker for presentations on the day. There is plenty of parking on site, especially at the weekends.
There is no room/venue hire fee. We ask for a $300 deposit which can be applied towards your bar or food spend on the day. We have a $75 cleaning fee. Management reserves the right to determine whether security will need to be arranged for the function and, if so, the cost is to be borne by the function organiser.
Our conference facility and bar on the upper level of the brewery provides a classy and comfortable venue in Kunda Park where business owners can impress clients, negotiate with suppliers or conduct training sessions in air-conditioned comfort. Up-to-date technology is available to facilitate visual presentations, whether your needs are to illustrate a product range or to provide staff training. Full catering is available.
